Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days of confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines are usually 5–7 working days depending on your location and courier service.
  • Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once the order has been dispatched.
  • Delays due to courier service, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
