  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Sheru-Ji is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or natural events.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • Opened or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded.

    • Feeding beyond recommended guidelines.
    • Any health issues arising from pre-existing medical conditions in pets.
